We are seeking an experienced Construction Quality Assurance Manager to implement Quality Management processes, plan Quality Control requirements, manage the Field View platform, and collaborate with Package Managers and Supply Chain Partners to ensure outcomes meet expectations.

The project is a £50m RC Frame Residential development of 161 flats across 3 blocks with associated amenities and roof gardens, overlooking the River Thames.

Main responsibilities include producing Inspection and Test Plans for complex works, planning, coordinating, and communicating activities across construction functions, and liaising with Package Managers and stakeholders.

This role offers a competitive salary of around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
