About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Psychologist to join our Evolve Psychology Services Ltd team as a Clinical Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of clinicians in conducting comprehensive specialist assessments for individuals with suspected neurodevelopmental disorders, such as Autism and ADHD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and oversee diagnostic assessments using established tools
  • Write up assessment reports in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide recommendations and interventions
  • Supervise and support junior staff members
  • Liaise with senior leadership to resolve issues and improve clinic processes
  • Chair multidisciplinary team discussions

Requirements:

  • HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist or equivalent
  • Experience in conducting diagnostic assessments for neurodevelopmental disorders
  • Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and assessment tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
