About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Early Help Development Worker to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of children, young people, and families.

As an Early Help Development Worker, you will be working closely with a multi-agency team to provide flexible, practical, and documented family support. Your primary goal will be to deliver early intervention and prevention initiatives that help families and young people build resilience.

You will be responsible for working with diverse community settings, statutory, and third-sector organizations to achieve the best possible outcomes for our service users. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will be essential in responding effectively to safeguarding issues and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver early intervention and prevention initiatives to support families and young people build resilience.
  • Work closely with a multi-agency team to provide flexible, practical, and documented family support.
  • Respond effectively to safeguarding issues and concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse community settings, statutory, and third-sector organizations.
Requirements
  • Safeguarding, Right Help Right Time training; GDPR and data protection.
  • Experience within Networking and reporting.
  • Ability to independently travel.
  • Experience of working in an engagement role with diverse community settings with statutory and third sector organizations.
