Apprenticeship Trainer Role

We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship trainer to deliver high-quality training to learners in the Health and Social Care sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging workshops, ensuring learners achieve their qualifications and progress in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Health and Social Care workshops to Apprenticeship learners, utilizing effective training methods to promote learner engagement and motivation.
  • Manage learner attendance and communicate with learners to ensure they are prepared for sessions.
  • Update learner files with knowledge gained from workshops and track progress.
  • Provide additional support to learners as needed and achieve high learner feedback results.
  • Comply with the company's safeguarding policy and procedure, as well as the code of conduct.
Requirements:
  • Relevant training experience and qualification.
  • Experience working within an Apprenticeship setting.
  • Occupational experience and knowledge in Health and Social Care.
  • Full driving license and use of own vehicle.
  • PGCE or relevant teaching/training qualification.
  • TAQA qualification or equivalent.
