The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Principal Creative with a strategic focus to join our team. You'll have the scope to add greater value to our growing number of high-profile national and global accounts. You'll need to think analytically and strategically about how projects can be taken to the next level, proactively bringing ideas on how projects and the business can run more effectively.

You'll be a results-driven strategic creative able to assess the short and long-term goals of Creative Design and suggest ways to accomplish them. You'll have the opportunity to grow your experience areas, whether leading the creative on an event, supporting the definition of a new customer experience, or having design input into a multi-discipline project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Lead and motivate senior team members and your own team, inspiring them to believe in your ideas.
  • Meet with clients to discuss their goals for upcoming campaigns and projects.
  • Create documentation and project briefs about initiatives.
  • Contribute to business development and digital innovation, helping to develop the future work pipeline through client engagement and spotting opportunities.
  • Perform analysis of competitors and identify opportunities.
  • Quoting and scoping multi-discipline projects, ensuring the right blend of skill sets are involved.
Requirements
  • A creative thinker who is comfortable talking with clients and colleagues to understand their ideas and bring them to life.
  • Passionate, driven, and wanting to invest in Creative Design's vision and culture.
  • Interested in working with digital teams to deliver innovative multi-discipline solutions.
  • A team player with a friendly and collaborative approach to projects, able to lead from a strategic POV.
  • Confident communication with clients and colleagues when pitching, winning new work, and leading projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as strong layout and typography skills.
  • A passion for design and digital technology with an outstanding eye for detail.
