About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Heath Farm School. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the educational and personal needs of our pupils are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils
  • Providing individualized support to pupils with complex needs, promoting their academic progress and personal development
  • Contributing to regular review meetings and maintaining accurate records of pupil progress
Requirements
  • GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Calm, engaging, resilient, and motivated individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and pupils
