Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of a team delivering test services across two shifts (10am-10pm or 10pm-10am) on a rotating basis, working closely with customers during attended testing and collaborating with the Project Manager to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.

You will be required to monitor test equipment calibration status, record results accurately following company quality procedures, and provide clear communication throughout your shift.

Requirements
  1. Educated to NVQ level 3 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience in an engineering environment.
  2. Good understanding of IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  3. Conscientious with strong interpersonal and customer skills, as well as commercial awareness.
  4. Able to work independently and access the site without relying on public transport due to shift patterns.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a salary of £30,000 per annum during initial training, which is expected to last up to 3 months. Upon completion of training, you will transfer to a rotational shift pattern with an additional 20% shift uplift added to your salary. There are also opportunities for paid overtime.
