Architectural Technologist

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a company car and laptop/workstation, Scottish Widows Pension Scheme, 33 days holiday entitlement (including bank holidays), and group staff discount at Triumph Motorcycles Ltd.

This role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing and managing working drawings for house types and/or adapting standard house type working drawing in accordance with agreed planning drawings.
• Liaising with regional offices regarding any queries relating to the planning drawings and working drawing requests.
• Handling site queries when they arise.
• Liaising with structural engineers and other third-party consultants relating to working drawing matters.
