Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our rehabilitation services team at Horton Haven. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for delivering Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to clients with long-term needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver CBT and CBTp to service users requiring help with long-term rehabilitation needs
- Work as a member of the Horton Haven rehabilitation services team and support the team manager in effectively delivering NICE Concordant treatment to service users
- Supervise Trainee Psychologists and/or Assistant Psychologists
- Undertake specialist psychosocial assessments and provide input and support to service users
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary mental health, psychological assessments for service users and their families referred to the team
Requirements
- BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapist-psychosis or Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist
- Experience in delivering CBT and CBTp to clients with long-term needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide supervision to Trainee Psychologists and/or Assistant Psychologists
