About the Role:

As a Specialist Dietitian at Elysium Healthcare, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of dietetic services across our secure mental health and learning disabilities services. With a strong emphasis on teamwork, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized assessment and treatment programs for males with mental illness and complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Support the ongoing implementation of the Hospital's Nutrition and Hydration Strategy

•⁠ ⁠Manage a caseload using theoretical and practical experience, completing assessments, planning, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans

•⁠ ⁠Engage in clinical supervision and training to enhance your skill set and development

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate patient records, including care notes, written reports, and establish effective communication with patients and their carers, all staff, and other agencies

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Diploma or degree in Dietetics

•⁠ ⁠HCPC Registration

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of Mental Health Act 1983 & CPA

•⁠ ⁠Experience of working in a similar setting
