Manufacturing Equipment Specialist

Role Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Machine Operative to join our team at Generations People Ltd in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
You will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment on a production line, meeting production targets and deadlines, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in training and development programs
- Support colleagues in achieving team objectives
Requirements:
- Relevant experience as a machine operator or similar role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
