Personal Support Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Personal Support Assistant to join our team as an Adult Care Assistant. As part of Customcare, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Companionship: forming meaningful relationships with clients
- Personal Care: assisting with daily living tasks
- Medication Support: managing medication schedules
- Mealtimes: preparing nutritious meals
- Housekeeping: maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
- Mobility Assistance: supporting clients with mobility issues
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication Skills: listening and responding to client needs
- Patient and Compassionate Nature: adapting to individual circumstances
- A Flexible Approach: working flexibly to meet client demands
