Production Operative

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in helping us meet our customer's quality requirements and delivering high-quality products to the nation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe use of knives and maintain health and safety standards.
- Understand customer quality requirements and deliver the standards required.
- Responsible for blade conditioning to maintain blade integrity.
- Meet site targets on scrape and wishbone, understanding the importance of yield and the cost associated yields.
- Ensure line efficiencies are met by achieving the sites throughput targets.
- Responsible for hygiene, ensuring hands are cleaned and sanitised using wash stations provided.
- Aware of surrounding environment and potential hazards that could cause harm to yourself or peers.
- Contribute towards achieving product targets set for the day by working at a consistent work rate.
- Ensure waste is kept to a minimum through a good quality of cut, matching yield requirements.
- Ensure no foreign body risks are in the product.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering customer orders while maintaining our high Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Product Quality standards. You will be comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment and enjoy working at pace. Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is useful but not essential, as full training will be provided.

- Hours of work: 40
- PM Shift Sunday - 12:00 - 21:00hrs Monday-Thursday 15:00-00:00hrs
