Seeking Experienced Couples Therapist for Independent Contractor Role

We are looking for a skilled Japanese-speaking Couples Therapist to join our team as an independent contractor. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality therapy services to clients, working closely with our centre to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing your expertise in Japanese and English languages.
  • Hold a core counselling/psychotherapy qualification and possess strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Native or bilingual-level proficiency in Japanese is required, with experience in offering therapy services to individuals and couples.
  • Additional experience in psychosexual and/or family therapy is highly desirable.
  • Professional indemnity insurance, including worldwide cover for online sessions, is a must.
  • High responsiveness to emails, referrals, and booking notifications is essential, adhering to our centre's policies and procedures.
  • Experience with online scheduling systems is preferred, but full training and ongoing support will be provided.
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule with daytime, evening, and weekend options, creating a balance that suits your lifestyle.
