About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Christmas Sales Floor Assistant to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer fast and friendly service to customers, helping them to find the perfect products
  • Share your passion and knowledge about our amazing products with customers
  • Keep the sales floors looking fantastic and easy to shop from
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries
  • Help get stock to the sales floor as quickly as possible
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times
  • Take control of your own development and growth within the company

About You:

We are looking for a great communicator who is friendly, calm, and efficient, even on their busiest days. You should be excited about the challenge of a varied and fast-paced job, and be flexible, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and our customers.

What's Next:

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and those that match the job criteria closest will be contacted to arrange an initial interview.
