We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team in the Medical Records Department at NHS. The role will involve providing support and guidance in regards to records procedures and standards, including monitoring, audit and rectification of errors and missing data.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability of patient paper-based health records, recording and maintaining accurate administrative details on the electronic patient record, and providing support and guidance in regard to records procedures and standards.

Main Duties
  • To ensure the availability of patient paper-based health records.
  • To record and maintain accurate administrative details on the electronic patient record.
  • To provide support and guidance in regard to records procedures and standards.

This is a part-time position working 36 hours per week.

Person Specification

We are looking for someone with GCSE English & Maths or equivalent, ECDL/CLAIT qualifications or equivalent, and RSA II Word Processing.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits including flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.
