Job Role: General Tradesperson

Location: Croydon, London

Estimated Salary: £20 per hour (CIS)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a General Tradesperson. You will be responsible for carrying out various trades tasks across multiple sites in the Croydon area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plastering, patching and rendering services
  • Painting and decorating including small paint jobs
  • Plumbing repairs including tap changes and minor plumbing work
  • UPVC repairs including window and door lock repair

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience working in social housing environments
  2. Certification in primary trade areas such as City & Guilds or NVQ
  3. Valid driving license
