Job Title: Key Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Trinity Resource Solutions. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Build Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the cosmetic and beauty industry, including market trends and customer needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
