Chef Position in Oxford

We are seeking a skilled chef to join our team at Jubilee Catering Recruitment in Oxford. As a Care Home Chef, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our clients. They will also be required to manage kitchen inventory, maintain high standards of hygiene, and ensure that all meals meet nutritional requirements.

Requirements
  • An Enhanced DBS within the last three years is mandatory
  • A driving license is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work independently in the kitchen is crucial
  • A professional and respectful manner is expected from all staff members
  • A good understanding of dietary requirements is necessary for providing quality meals
  • A current Food Hygiene and allergen certificate is required; refresher courses are offered if needed
