The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and be able to promote high standards of quality within the nursery. You will also be responsible for supporting and supervising playroom staff with their day-to-day duties, deploying staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms.

  • Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
  • Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
  • Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
  • Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
