Senior Quality Assurance Manager for CAMHS Services

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead the quality assurance agenda across our CAMHS & Eating Disorder Services.

This is a 12-month FTC maternity cover position, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the delivery of quality services. As a key member of the senior management team, you will work closely with Hospital Directors, Senior Management Teams, Ward Managers, and Clinical Teams to implement quality improvements and drive operational excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring quality and assurance within our services, ensuring compliance with CQC, NHS England, NHS Wales, CCGs, and Elysium policies and values. You will also work collaboratively with site Quality Assurance Leads to establish robust quality assurance structures, systems, and processes.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the overall quality assurance agenda, reporting to the Regional Service Director
  • Monitor quality and assurance within Elysium CAMHS & Eating Disorder Services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss solutions to quality issues and customer expectations
  • Promote a culture of quality within the Elysium CAMHS & Eating Disorder Services
  • Take on the role of QI lead for a group of CAMHS Services, providing advice and support
  • Support implementation of the CAMHS CQUINs programme
  • Undertake incident and complaint investigations as required
  • Promote engagement of young people and their carers in co-production and involvement

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior professional leadership or nurse management
  • Relevant nursing practice with current NMC registration
  • Capability to provide direct clinical support through current nurse registration and continuing professional development
  • Educated to Masters degree-level or relevant post-qualification study and research experience
  • Ability to travel to Elysium sites as required, 4-5 days per week
