About the Role

This firm is seeking to hire a Contentious Trusts & Probate Partner to join their growing offering-based Marlow. The role would suit someone who is either already operating at the Partner level, or a Senior Associate who is hoping to find a clear pathway to Partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising trust companies
  • Acting on trustee disputes
  • Estate disputes where there is the issue of capacity
  • Court of protection-related matters
