About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a key member of our Insite team, you will be responsible for leading our commercial operations and driving business growth in the Bristol area.

Key Responsibilities

Attend daily and weekly production meetings to understand site initiatives and priorities
Develop and implement stores management services and processes with customer site teams
Prepare and follow up on quotes for large value re-tenders
Deliver consistent customer service levels against formal agreements, encompassing site-specific KPIs and targets
Ensure clear understanding of stores management processes
Work with site teams to plan and manage stock in line with customer site requirements

Key Skills

Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Commercially astute to identify opportunities for spend consolidation and cost savings for the customer
