You will be based in Croydon, where you will be working closely with the class teacher and other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

Responsibilities:
* Assist the class teacher in delivering individualized learning programs tailored to the needs of students with high needs.
* Support children in their daily activities, both in the classroom and around the school.
* Provide emotional, social, and behavioural support to children, promoting inclusion and positive learning experiences.
* Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

Requirements:

* A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external specialists.
* Adaptable and able to support children with varying needs, including physical, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Salary: £92,400 per annum (£90.00 - £105.00 per day)
