Job Title: Kitchen Management Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Kitchen Management Professional to join our HC One team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations to deliver high-quality meals to our residents.

Estimated Salary: £22,500 - £27,000 per annum

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and hold relevant qualifications such as S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery. You will also possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage kitchen operations
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen assistants
  • Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork
Requirements:
  • S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points
