About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively coordinate maintenance requirements on behalf of tenants. This includes liaising with tenants over the telephone to schedule repairs and preparing job sheets for the maintenance team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinating maintenance requests from tenants
  2. Scheduling repairs and maintenance work
  3. Preparing job sheets and allocating work to the maintenance team
  4. Logging details of all calls managed on the computer system
  5. Tracking the progress of maintenance and repair jobs
  6. Ensuring tenant satisfaction with the service provided

We estimate the salary for this role to be in the range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
