We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our Bangor store and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Implement and maintain high standards of store appearance, merchandising, and housekeeping.
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and cash handling to minimize losses and maximize profits.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
- Monitor and control store expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license and access to a car.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
