Job Title: Fund Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Operations Analyst to join our team at Evelyn Partners. As a Fund Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fund management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the administration of the Evelyn Partners Funds, ensuring all deliverables are met, including validation of underlying prices and shadow NAV calculations.
  • Oversee investment restriction compliance, including UK and EU rules for collective investment schemes.
  • Contribute to trade calculation, submission, and monitoring through to settlement.
  • Participate in operational due diligence on underlying investments.
  • Validate and enrich underlying fund data.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain and improve compliant and efficient processes, leveraging technology and automation.
  • Support performance reporting and assist with ad-hoc projects, such as fund launches.
  • Develop a strong level of technical expertise in a chosen area, such as collective funds, data management, or performance reporting.
Requirements:
  • Some experience in fund or investment operations, preferably in a wealth or fund management environment.
  • Proven analytical abilities and high numeracy skills.
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills are desirable.
  • Attention to detail and precision are essential, with the ability to work accurately in a time-pressured environment.
  • A strong commitment to personal development, including industry exams such as the CISI Investment Operations Certificate or IMC.
  • Broad investment knowledge is preferred, but a genuine industry interest is essential.
  • A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Client-focused with a desire to meet the needs of the business.
  • High standards of personal honesty and integrity.
