About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at the Nottingham Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with brain injuries or other neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with physical and cognitive impairments
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify care and health education needs
  • Develop and implement programmes of care, including discharge planning
  • Take charge of the ward/department/unit in the absence of senior nursing staff
  • Maintain standards of cleanliness and hygiene, minimising the risk of cross-infection

Requirements
