This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Case Worker in the Intensive Case Management team. You will have the chance to work with people who are experiencing homelessness and facing complex needs, including mental health issues, substance use difficulties, and social isolation. You will work in a person-centred way to establish open and trusting relationships with our members, providing flexible and tailored support to help them achieve their goals. You will also be part of a highly experienced and motivated team that is dedicated to improving the lives of people experiencing homelessness in London.

About the Role

As a Case Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred support to our members. You will work with them to identify their strengths and needs, and develop a clear plan to help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with our members, their families, and other professionals involved in their care. You will work in a psychologically informed way, using your skills and experience to help our members overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. Your work will be focused on supporting our members to overcome homelessness and rebuild their lives.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Case Worker to join our team. You will have a strong understanding of the issues that people experiencing homelessness face, and a commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred support. You will be a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You will also be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and be able to manage competing priorities and deadlines. You will have a strong understanding of the principles of trauma-informed care and be able to work in a way that is sensitive to the needs of our members.
