Paralegal Opportunity in Peterborough

We are working with a leading multi-disciplinary law firm that specializes in litigation and dispute resolution across the UK and internationally.

The firm is seeking an ambitious Paralegal to join their team in Peterborough, with a variety of lay and professional clients, Barristers and Mediators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking work across a diverse range of sectors and jurisdictions, from commercial disputes to regulatory challenges and complex personal injuries
  • Assisting with the consideration of papers received on instruction, daily client contact / case management, drafting legal and court documents, preparation of hearing bundles and external instructions, case and general administration, document management (including use of internal electronic systems) and legal Research
  • Working closely with the legal team to provide support and assistance in the delivery of high-quality legal services

Requirements:

  • 1 year's legal experience, ideally including finance, commercial or civil litigation
  • Minimum of 2:1 degree (with postgraduate LPC/BPTC preferred)
  • Excellent written and spoken English, strong IT skills, and a firm understanding of GDPR
