We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our team in Ellesmere Port. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Advisor to move into a management role.

As the new HR Manager, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day running of our HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, inductions, staff development, and disciplinary procedures.

You will work closely with functional leaders to meet their needs across the business, developing and overseeing the implementation of a Workforce Plan.

The ideal candidate will have CIPD qualifications or be working towards them, be highly organized, self-motivated, customer-focused, logical, and analytical.

They should also be able to build positive relationships at all levels, both internally and externally, and have a professional telephone manner.

Key responsibilities include managing disciplinary matters, overseeing investigations and proceedings, coordinating training programs, and providing management with HR KPIs.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, AE pension, and team incentives.
