Imperium Financial Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Work Winning Insolvency Practitioner to join a leading firm in Manchester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing insolvency cases, and developing effective strategies to identify and secure new opportunities.

• Business Development: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to identify and secure new insolvency cases.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including creditors, solicitors, accountants, and financial advisors.
• Case Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements, from initiation to completion.
• Investigations and Reporting: Conduct thorough investigations into the financial affairs of insolvent entities and develop strategies for asset realization. Prepare detailed reports for creditors, regulatory bodies, and courts, ensuring all statutory requirements are met.
• Communication and Leadership: Lead meetings with creditors and stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on case progress. Mentor and support junior staff, promoting professional development and high standards of work.

• Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP) Status: Essential.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in insolvency, with a strong track record in business development.
• Qualifications: Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPI, or JIEB are highly desirable.
• Skills and Attributes: Strong business development and networking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, high level of integrity and professionalism, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
