Insolvency Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Insolvency Administrator and Senior Administrator to join our team at Levitate Recruitment - Accountancy and Insolvency Recruitment Specialists in Brentwood, Essex.

The successful candidates will be part of a dynamic team dealing with administrations, receiverships, liquidations, bankruptcies, and restructuring/insolvency advice.

• Support junior staff in checking, correcting, and overseeing their work before management approval.
• Draft annual/final reports and proposals, and prepare all appendices, including proxy forms, notices, authority to chair, and time cost analysis.
• Manage day-to-day issues on cases, aiming to progress cases, including tax issues, collecting book debts, paying agents' invoices, and creditor queries.
• Make distributions (pay dividends) to creditors with approval from the manager/director on quantum and whether to accept or reject the creditor claim.
• Carry out ad hoc assignments for senior department members.
• Demonstrate flexibility and prioritize assignments and projects.
• Develop intermediate skills in MS Office and IPS.

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 + benefits + bonus + excellent career progression.
