Production Maintenance Manager

Your responsibilities will include carrying out schedule-based maintenance work on equipment, buildings, and services, as well as repairs, overhauls, and installations as appropriate. You will also deliver sufficient callout support and handovers to ensure reliability and performance of the plant's machinery in line with agreed service levels. In addition to these duties, you will help drive the site's Net Zero Energy efforts by exploring and taking all available opportunities to reduce energy usage. Ensuring the upkeep of the assets and fabric of the site is also a key aspect of this role.
To succeed in this role, you will need proven successful experience in a similar role, with experience servicing and repairing electrical, electronic, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and pneumatic systems. Experience in working in a high-volume production environment with automated machinery is also essential, as is an IEEE or equivalent qualification. Additionally, you should have experience in carrying out preventive maintenance on motors, gearboxes, conveyor systems, rollers, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems, as well as adjusting and calibrating equipment and machinery to optimal specifications. The competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, based on a 40-hour week, paid holiday entitlement, and opportunities for professional development and growth within the company make this an attractive opportunity.
