Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to join our team as a Leisure and Spa Manager at Cricket St Thomas Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Sports, Leisure, and Spa departments, managing a team of experts, and driving financial success, guest service, and maximizing the potential of these departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of experts in the Sports, Leisure, and Spa departments, including fitness classes, archery, rifle shooting, facials, massages, and gym sessions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive financial success, guest service, and maximize the potential of the Sports, Leisure, and Spa departments.
  • Nurture an environment that allows your team to perform at their best, creating memories for our guests and giving our team opportunities of a lifetime.
  • Manage a team of leaders and team members, even in times of high demand, and make decisions confidently.
  • Coach and give feedback to improve performance across the Food and Beverage department.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in leading a Leisure & Spa team, focusing on developing and retaining therapists.
  • Responsibility for managing a P&L and the ability to manage costs in line with budgets.
  • Understanding of the importance of target setting and driving sales.
