About the Role

NonStop Consulting is partnering with a highly-regarded Local Authority in the South East to find an experienced Supervising Social Worker for their Fostering & Kinship team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive fostering services, encompassing recruitment, assessment, training, supervision, and support for foster carers.
  • Conduct Form C assessments and special guardianship assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of children in care.
  • Undertake a range of duties to safely place children and work towards achieving permanency plans that prioritize their best interests.
