Essential Knowledge and Skills
  • Competent overhead crane operator.
  • Competent machine operator.
  • Previous experience of team management.
  • Excellent knowledge of safe working practices and health and safety legislation.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to communicate and build strong relationships across the operational team.
  • Understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement.
