Supply Chain Manager

Aggreko is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Dumbarton. As a key member of our supply chain function, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and delivery of end-to-end supply chain activities for Lomondgate OEM products, maintenance, and refurbs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a transformational road map to ensure our supply chain is best in class and ready to respond to the challenges of the Aggreko strategy.
- Manage the risk assessment of the supply and customer needs, and develop and implement mitigation plans.
- Creation and coordination of defined inventory reduction initiatives across the business and achieving product cost savings targets.
- Develop a high performing team to implement a best-in-class supply chain function to meet demand and exceed customer expectations.
- Leadership, development, and performance management of the Supply, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and Stores team.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
- A team player with excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Experience of working with eProcurement, ERP, and Microsoft tools (M3 would be extremely beneficial).
- Strong end-to-end supply chain experience within a fast-paced work environment.
- Logistics experience and a background of inventory modeling.
- Experience in a warehousing/stores environment.
