Pan Pacific London is seeking a skilled Waiter to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a key member of our Straits Kitchen & Bar team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.



About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure. You will be knowledgeable about our menu offerings, wine list, and beverage options, and be able to make recommendations to guests. Your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with other team members will be essential in ensuring seamless service.



Key Responsibilities


  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, wine list, and beverage options to make informed recommendations to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Be aware of in-house group activities, locations, and times to provide personalized service to guests.
  • Correctly maintain and use equipment to ensure efficient service.
  • Assist in greeting and escorting guests to their tables, ensuring they are seated and served in a timely manner.
  • Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, regardless of their table status.
  • Take and record restaurant reservations/cancellations according to departmental standards.
