We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.
This is a varied and interesting role that requires a background in administration and customer service. You will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site and a 'friendly neighbour' for Owners, providing a first-class service and making a positive difference every day.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to Owners
- Liaise with customers and suppliers, managing contractors and scheduling maintenance
- Organise activities and events for Owners, ensuring a happy and fulfilling lifestyle
- Complete health and safety checks and ensure the security of the development
We are looking for someone with experience in similar backgrounds, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors. You will have an outgoing and friendly personality, with excellent administration skills and a passion for providing a first-class customer service.
You will be happy working alone and independently, using your own initiative, and have the ability to be calm under pressure. You will also be computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
