Key Responsibilities- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and personal hygiene in the kitchen and adjacent areas
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and working surfaces are cleaned and sanitized to the required standard
- Assist the chefs with ingredient preparation, deliveries, and other kitchen tasks as required
- Support the maintenance of a safe and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Record and manage waste disposal, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with hotel policies
- Flexibility to work variable shift patterns and hours
- Interest and passion for the food industry, with experience in a similar role
