Avoidable Damp & Mould Issues Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team leader to join our Housing Maintenance Section as a Damp and Mould Repair Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of damp and mould prevention and remediation strategies, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a multi-skilled building maintenance team to ensure efficient delivery of damp and mould repair services.
- Implementing and managing computerised management systems to track and monitor job progress.
- Collaborating with colleagues and customers to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
Requirements include:
- Relevant technical qualification in a construction-related subject.
- Professional knowledge of property repair and maintenance principles.
- Health and Safety Regulations awareness.
