We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Nuffield Health Medway FWC. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors.

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and visitors.
• Ensure the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room are safe and clean for use.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of safety procedures and protocols.
