Service Advisor Vacancy in Guildford

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our client's main dealership in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with customers who wish to book their vehicle into the workshop. They will need to deliver high levels of customer service, finding the customer's requirements and advising on cost, time scale, and what will happen.

Requirements
  • Previous motor trade experience is essential
  • A steady work history is required
  • At least 2 years' experience working within the motor trade/car dealership as a Service Advisor is necessary
  • Pinnacle or Kerridge experience is preferable but not essential

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and professional individual with a strong customer service background. If you have a driven manner and can demonstrate your knowledge and confidence in the motor trade, we would like to hear from you.
