About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Rodericks Dental Partners. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient diaries and schedules to ensure timely appointments and efficient use of resources
- Provide accurate and timely information to patients regarding treatment options and pricing
- Process payments and chase outstanding patient debt
- Liaise with dental laboratories, supply companies, and other organizations to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and care
Requirements
- Proven experience in a dental reception role, with a strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files
- IT skills, with the ability to learn and use practice software
