Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Application Technician to join our team at Well Brothers. As a key member of our landscape care team, you will be responsible for applying chemicals to plants, trees, and grass to enhance growth and control weeds and pests.

Responsibilities

  • Apply chemicals to plants, trees, and grass to enhance growth and control weeds and pests.
  • Maintain a good standing state-specific chemical applicators license.
  • Acquire and store pesticide and herbicide solutions; mix or dilute specified chemicals or materials according to directions and apply them at the recommended rate.
  • Able to use outdoor maintenance and power equipment, a variety of hand tools, and legally operate a motor vehicle.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team or alone, in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to perform moderately heavy physical labor on a daily basis.
  • Able to communicate with clients to maintain a positive client/company relationship.
  • Maintain records on chemical application activities in compliance with EPA, OSHA, and State and Federal regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one-year experience in the industry or related field.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
