Job Title: Used Car Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our team at Vertu Motors group. As a Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales executives and assistant sales managers to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives and assistant sales managers to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales performance, profitability, and operating efficiency.
  • Manage all sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales and ensure the highest ethical standards are upheld.
  • Oversee the sales process from initial customer contact to final sale, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Full UK driving license and a clean driving record.
