Are you a dedicated and experienced educational leader looking for a challenging role? We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Principal to join our team as the Deputy Head of SEN School.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, 40-hour per week position, working on a term-time only basis. As Assistant Principal, you will play a key role in leading the school's strategic objectives and goals, monitoring quality improvement plans, and contributing to ongoing training and professional development of the team.
Responsibilities- Support the development of the school's values and development plans.
- Maintain the school's strategic objectives and goals.
- Ongoing monitoring of the quality improvement plans.
- Leading the staff team and monitoring their progress.
- Contributing to ongoing training and professional development of the team.
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including Teachers Pension, Life Assurance, Health Cash Back Plan & High Street Discounts.
