Key responsibilities include:

• Genetically engineering plasmid DNA starting material using creative and effective strategies
• Developing and implementing cloning DNA techniques, including PCR, bacterial transformation, and amplification
• Working with industry-standard quality control measures, such as ISO/cGMP
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DNA production with downstream processes

Requirements:

• MSc level qualification in molecular biology or equivalent
• Practical experience in cloning DNA, including PCR, bacterial transformation, and amplification
• Knowledge of gel electrophoresis apparatus and software for sequence analysis
• Familiarity with industry quality standards, such as ISO/cGMP
